Mifflin Overlook is a 54-unit residential subdivision by Marr Development, located in Mifflin Township, Columbia County. The development is set to begin construction in the fall of 2020 and includes several proposed roads to service single family dwellings on the outskirts of rural Mifflinville. TCG handled all survey, design, and permitting for the project and are excited to see groundbreaking and continue to support its construction.
